Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods through Dopejewells

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts entered into by dopejewells for the sale of goods through our online store dopejewells.com. By placing an order with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We aim to update our site regularly and may change content, product details, or pricing without notice. We do not guarantee that our site, or any part of it, will be available or error-free at all times. Contract Formation

No contract will exist between you and Dopejewells unless and until we have accepted your order with a confirmation email, and full payment has been received and processed. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract. Only adults (18 years or older) may enter into legally binding contracts.We reserve the right to decline orders in the event of payment issues, shipping restrictions, errors in pricing, or if the product does not meet our quality standards. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the non-acceptance of an order. Our sole liability will be to refund the amount paid for the goods.

Payment

By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment method (PayPal account or credit/debit card) is yours or that you are authorized by the cardholder to use it. All transactions are processed via PayPal, a secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details. Prices on the site are in GBP (UK Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before checkout and are included in the total cost.

Defective and Damaged Items

You must inspect your goods in the presence of the courier upon delivery to verify that they are undamaged and match your order. If items are found to be damaged or defective. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement after the return of the faulty item.

Refunds and Exchanges

As each piece of jewellery is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds unless the product is defective. We may consider exchanges in certain cases. If a refund is approved, we will credit the original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. Please note that your card issuer may take 4-7 working days to process the refund.

Promotional Samples

Any product samples lent to you for promotional use must be returned within 7 working days, in perfect condition, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If not returned, you will be charged for the full cost of the item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including jewellery designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is the sole property of Dopejewells. You may print or display content only for personal use. Reproduction or use for commercial purposes is prohibited unless authorized in writing by us.
